Most fly boots use a rigid strap with Velcro alone - secure when first fitted, but prone to loosening as the horse moves through a full range of motion. Our straps combine elastic with a Velcro closure at the pull tab: the elastic flexes with the leg during grazing, walking, and turnout, while the Velcro keeps the fastening locked in place rather than working loose over the course of a day.
