Sorry no! We operate a large-scale online and wholesale business, and our Delzani distribution centre is specifically designed to support these primary activities.
Due to the high overhead costs associated with retail operations, our business model does not accommodate direct retail transactions. This approach enables us to maintain the high quality of the Delzani range while offering prices that are significantly lower than those of our closest competitors.

We always endeavour to reply to your emails as fast as possible. To streamline our family-based operation, our admin team operates on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Yes, we do work on the other days - but we set those days aside for business photography, warehouse management, marketing etc and may be out of the office.

Sorry no! We operate a large online and wholesale operation and our Delzani distribution centre is set up to accommodate these core business activities. Unfortunately, we don't structure our business to deal with retail directly because of the high overheads involved. To achieve the high quality of the Delzani range – but at prices that are significantly cheaper than our closest competitors, we need to tailor how we interact.
Ordering: We do prefer you order over the Internet. It's both faster and allows you to take advantage of our "online-only" discounts and loyalty rewards. Additionally, it frees up ourselves and our office staff to focus on getting your orders out fast!
