Unfortunately, we don't structure our business to deal with retail direct because of the high overheads involved. We always endeavour to reply to your emails as fast as possible. For streamlining our family-based operation, our admin team operates on Mondays and Thursdays. Yes, we do work on the other days - but we set those days aside for business photography, warehouse management, marketing etc and may be out of the office.

Ordering: We do prefer you order over the Internet. It's both faster and allows you to take advantage of our "online-only" discounts and loyalty rewards. Additionally, it frees up ourselves and our office staff to focus on getting your orders out fast!
